Bookings made with owners through this website will be paid for by check only. Please send us an email to request booking times and details. Bookings may also be made through Nantucket real estate offices. Guests booked directly with us will be required to make a security deposit of about 10% of the weekly rental rate. Guests will be charged an 11.7% Massachusetts state occupancy tax with direct bookings with us or through local rental agents. Guests will also be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Any rentals longer than two weeks will require an additional cleaning at the start of the second week and must pay another $250 fee. Turnover days for most rentals are on Saturdays. Check in times are 3 PM, check out times are 8 AM, to allow time for our cleaners to work, but we are often flexible with these times.
Our property is available for Thanksgiving, Christmas Stroll and Christmas 2026 at $1,000 per night.
8 DERRYMORE RATES AND AVAILABILITIES FOR 2026
Due to a tenant cancellation, our property is now available to rent for the three weeks of August 15-September 5, with an option to stay through Labor Day. Weekly rate is $16,800, with a 10% discount for two weeks or more.
January 1 -May 30 (checking out, Saturday, May 30) — $1,000 per night, three-night minimum, 10% discount for one week or more.
Thanksgiving and Christmas booking available, $1,000 a night, three night minimum.
